Introducing, Tyler O'Hazo, Littleton
You may recall that Lawson & Weitzen Attorney Glenn P. Frank sent an email to Littleton’s Town Planner on November 3, 2023, asking that Littleton Apothecary’s Special Permit, which, in practical terms expired on September 20, 2023, be extended for “Good Cause.”
Littleton’s Planning Board did not vote to extend Littleton Apothecary’s Special Permit for good cause or otherwise. Instead, the Planning Board made a finding that the Apothecary’s Special Permit had lapsed and that a letter informing the Select Board of the same should be sent. Irrespective of being in actual receipt of any Planning-Board-to-Select-Board letter, the Select Board is aware that the Apothecary’s Special Permit has lapsed.
Let’s get back to Attorney Frank’s email, which I first wrote about in my December 15, 2023 post, where I focused on Matthew’s wife’s attorney (Quinn Heath, Esq. of The Mensing Group) and Heath’s questionable representations to our town’s Planning Board about which law firm he works for. Click HERE to read that post.
Today, I want to introduce you to someone Atty. Frank cc’ed in his “extend the Apothecary’s SP for good cause” email, which was sent to this address: tylerohazo@gmail.com.
If you Google “Tyler O’Hazo,” the first link that comes up, shows Mr. O’Hazo working as a real estate agent for Sotheby’s—in Connecticut. “Sotheby’s” and “real estate” tell you all you need to know about the sort of posh properties Mr. O’Hazo deals in. Mr. O’Hazo’s professional headshot—where he resembles Chevy Chase, were Chevy Chase in his early 40s and in full beard and mustache—makes me immediately smile.
My smiling continued when I clicked on Mr. O’Hazo’s “vintage industrial” wedding photos, which came up at the top of my Google search, viewable at The Knot’s website.
In addition to his real estate work with Sotheby’s and his beautiful nuptials, Mr O’Hazo’s LinkedIn highlights his work as a “Consultant” for Delta Nine Strategies, Inc., where Mr O’Hazo has “entered the newly emerging and rapidly growing east coast cannabis market where his real estate appraisal, sales and construction background served him well with navigating the highly complex municipal zoning and regulatory compliance framework that is critical for success in the highly competitive cannabis marketplace. . . . Tyler delivers direct, measurable and valuable benefits to clients who require assistance with municipal and state level cannabis applications, host community agreements . . .”
So, a Lawson & Weitzen attorney cc’ed Mr. O’Hazo when asking Littleton’s Planning Board to extend Matthew’s wife’s Special Permit, where her interests were being represented by Quinn Heath.
Why?
Who’s Tyler O’Hazo in all of this?
Because he seems like the sort of person Littleton might want to know about, especially given his expertise in the “east [sic] coast [sic] cannabis market.”
The whole East Coast?
Sounds like Big Cannabis to me,
Jenna
